They legit taste like maccas I can’t. VIRAL McCHICKEN BURGER RECIPE 🍔 Okay this was actually so easy and SO good. For the chicken: 500g chicken mince 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp white pepper 1 tbsp cornflour Mix it all together and shape into 4 thin patties. For the coating: 1 cup plain flour ½ cup cornflour 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp white pepper ½ tsp salt 1 tsp chicken stock powder Then mix 1 egg with ¾ cup cold water in a separate bowl. Coat each patty in flour, then egg, then back into the flour. Fry until golden and cooked through.
