Here are 3 things I would do before going to any property inspection, if I was looking to buy a home. Tip #1 Use AI Assistant. First I would use the AI assistant in the realestate.com.au app. This is such an incredible feature where you can literally search in everyday language, like three bedroom home with a backyard, 30 minutes from Albert Park by train. Under say $1.5 Million AUD and it'll do all of the hard work for you. Tip #2 Watch Walkthrough Reels. I would always watch the walkthrough reels before you go. Photos are great but a video gives you a much better feel for the layout, the flow and the overall vibe of the home. Tip #3 iGUIDE 3D Tour. Now lastly if the property has an iGUIDE 3D Tour, you can explore the home with an immersive 3D virtual tour and view detailed floor plans before you even arrive. So you already know how the home is laid out and what you wanna actually look at in person. As a Real Estate Agent in Melbourne I'm speaking to buyers every single day and one thing that I hear all the time is that weekends disappear so quickly, when you're inspecting homes. These little things can help you narrow down your shortlist, before you even leave the house. So you're spending your Saturdays looking at properties that actually fit your brief. Happy house hunting!
