Hook
This is a very big deal and I usually do not come with a script for my videos, but I want to be very careful with what I'm about to show because it is a very big deal. So, apologies in advance. There are brand new screenshots circulating online that allegedly contain a private group chat involving several of the men connected to the Cornell 7 case. But before I show you anything, I want to be very clear. These screenshots are not from the Cornell lawsuit. They allegedly relate to a separate incident and I have not been able to independently authenticate them. These screenshots were posted on X by a woman who says she received a DM containing a link to a Telegram group where these images had been shared. She claims the material dates back to 2024. The screenshots appear to show a group chat with accounts labeled with the first names of several men connected to the Cornell case. Again, the names appearing on these screenshots do not independently establish who actually wrote the messages. In one exchange, an account labeled Matthew says, let's invite her and an account labeled Scott responds, who's her? Followed by, better not be a fatty again. Matthew then appears to share a photograph of a woman. Another account asks who she is and asks for a full body picture. The conversation continues with derogatory comments about women's bodies. In another screenshot, an account labeled Diego says, I'm a miss tonight while an account labeled Scott responds that the woman is quote fine. There are also screenshots that appear to contain intimate or sexually explicit images. I am not going to show those images, identify the women, or link people directly to where they can be found. One of the most concerning screenshots shows an account labeled Winston apparently responding to sexual imagery with, yo, post more. Another account responds, yes please. There's also a screenshot attributed to an account labeled Jonathan containing an obscured image with the caption, pop number eight, I think she's fallen asleep. I do not know what pop is, but that's besides the point and I want to be particularly careful with that one. I cannot determine from this screenshot what actually happened, whether the woman was asleep or unconscious or even whether this screenshot is authentic. So I am not going to repeat some of the conclusions being made about it online as established fact. What I can tell you is that these screenshots are now circulating publicly and that they contain the messages I've just described. Their authenticity, the identities of the people behind the accounts, the circumstances surrounding the images, and whether they actually involve the men they're being attributed to have not been independently verified by me. If additional reporting, court records, statements from people involved, or other evidence authenticates these messages, I'll update you. But right now, I think it's important to distinguish between what these screenshots appear to show and what we actually know to be true.
