Tesla just released a life-saving update that I never saw coming, but unfortunately, I can't test this out for y'all. You're just going to have to take my word for it. So typically, when you charge a Tesla at a Supercharger, you plug in, and when you get into your Tesla, you are a sitting duck. If somebody comes up to your vehicle with a little pew-pew, there's nothing you can do. You can't drive away, you can't get out and unplug because obviously there's a crazy person out there. But until now, just from a software update, your life is now saved. All you have to do is just tell your Tesla that it's in an emergency, put your foot on the brake, press a button, and you can drive off. And it will absolutely wreck your Tesla and the Supercharger. And Tesla said it can cost up to $25,000 to fix all of this. So I can't test this out for you all. I can't just randomly drive to a Supercharger and make a fun little video about this because this is strictly for emergencies.
