Is Noah Kahan playing it too safe on “Draw You Out” for The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping? He feels like the perfect artist for this world, but that’s also my biggest question about the song. Compared to Olivia Rodrigo’s “Can’t Catch Me Now,” which pushed her into a new sonic space, “Draw You Out” feels much closer to the sound Noah and Aaron Dessner already explored on The Great Divide.
