Heated floors sound incredibly luxurious… Until you see somebody actually INSTALL one. 😭😂 Brad is watching this installer route heating wire back and forth across a huge floor. And this is not: “Throw some wire down and cover it.” Every run has to be planned. Every turn has to be made. And the spacing has to stay consistent across the room. 👀 They’ve even got the wire feeding off a reel like an electrician pulling cable just to make the process more manageable. Brad likes the setup… But immediately notices one detail: Near the wall where the room jumps out, the heating wire could have been brought closer. Because homeowners have an incredible talent for finding the exact three inches of floor that aren’t warm. 😂 Brad: “You KNOW somebody is going to stand right there.” With radiant heating, the little layout decisions matter because once the finished flooring goes down, all that work disappears underneath it. For heated flooring, bathroom remodeling, tile installation, renovations, additions, and whole-home projects throughout Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tampa Bay, Home Love Construction pays attention to the details underneath the finished product—not just the parts you can see.Original footage by: @kafkas_yerdenisitma_ Original source: https://www.instagram.com/reels/DbjRQiesz-N/ Licensed under: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Changes made: Excerpts from the original video were edited, paused and/or shortened and incorporated into this reaction/commentary video.
