Project Procrastination kills 97.3% of sends, 9/10 doctors agree… So many times I hear people talk themselves out of going to get on the climbs they want to do most because they have set an artificial limit on what they believe is possible for them based on past experiences. I used to do this too. I was nervous that I would find that in fact, yes, I wasn’t able to do the climb I was training for in the first session or two. What was ridiculous about this is that I wouldn’t go try outdoor climbs because I thought that it would take me too many sessions, but I was totally fine with trying the indoor boulder for 10–20 sessions in a row, knowing I would eventually do it. I would train and train and train so that I could do these climbs quickly, but in reality; had I just gone outside and projected these climbs, I would have done them in far shorter of a time period. Get out there; learn and stop telling yourself you aren’t ready. You have no idea where your true limit lies; go find it. @physivantage @cruxpowerclimbing @pitch.six @organicclimbing @fazabrushes @zealnaturals @hardwoodholds @climbbutora #climbing #bouldering #sportclimbing #climbingtraining #strongertogether
