I recently came back from Hong Kong and one of the things I couldn't stop drinking was Hong Kong milk tea. It's made with tea steeped in hot water and paired with evaporated and condensed milk. It's smooth, creamy, and rich with a bold black tea flavor that I like to get from Lipton Yellow Label black tea bags.
