french toast cream of buckwheat with 30g of protein just from the egg whites 🤭 41g cream of buckwheat 1 1/4c water or milk pinch of salt 230g liquid egg whites a generous amount of cinnamon syrup of choice splash of milk (I use vanilla almond) bring water + pinch of salt to a boil, add cream of buckwheat, lower heat and cook for 8–10 mins (or until cooked through). slowly whisk in egg whites a little at a time until fully cooked and creamy. top with cinnamon, syrup & almond milk. basically french toast in a bowl. you’re welcome (: #buckwheat #creamofbuckwheat #buckers #frenchtoast
