And when I got my license in high school, I was on some lame shit. I was on some lame shit. We get out of school, I'm rushing to the V. I'm rushing to the V, I skirt off. If you see me, you see me. You might have thought I was going home. Now I'm spinning the block, gang. I'm spinning the block. I gotta spin the block. You know in high school, everybody just linger around outside. Nobody's going home right away unless you got on the bus right away. So I spin the block. Honk honk. I spin the block, pull up. And my mom be, shout out to my mom, she let me take the whip to school. I pull up to my mom be, windows down, turn the base up, fuck the speakers up. Niggas pull up, ah, get it. Was I on some lame shit? Yeah, I give a fuck. No, gang, I had to pull up. I had to spin the block. Niggas see you, ah, we outside, get it, B. Windows all the way down, all the windows down. I didn't care if it was raining, sunny, snowing. I gave no fucks, gang. I was pulling up. And you gotta remember, this is time of COVID, so like, going to school every day was not mandatory. Niggas did not have to go to school every day at all. So if they seen you pull up, that's like they ain't seen you in a minute. You real life had to catch people when you catch people. So you not seeing everybody every day. So niggas don't really know you riding around in the V unless they your homies and y'all see each other outside of school. Everybody else though, nah, they don't really know what's going on. So I pull up. Pull up, it's lit. We outside, everybody outside. Ah, get it, B. It was lame. Ah, you can put that on my hat. It was lame. Did I give a fuck though? I had to do this shit. It was I had to do this shit. It was like principle. I just I just had to. I had to. It was mandatory.
