No secret hacks. A lot of it was boring, repetitive, and inconvenient… but it worked. 1️⃣ I stopped starting over every Monday. One meal doesn’t ruin your progress. Neither does one missed workout. I stopped waiting for Monday and just got right back into my routine. 2️⃣ I eat the same meals on repeat. It’s boring, but that’s when I see the best results. I found meals I love that fit my goals, and I just keep rotating them. 3️⃣ I walked even when I didn’t feel like it. 10K steps sounds easy until it’s evening and you still have 3K left to go. 😂 Treadmill, outdoor walks, or just walking around the house… I still got my steps in. 4️⃣ I stopped acting like weekends didn’t count. My goals don’t disappear on Saturdays and Sundays. I still enjoy life, but I stay consistent. 5️⃣ I planned my meals before I got hungry. Waiting until I was starving to figure out what to eat never worked for me. Prepping food ahead of time and having a plan changed everything. 6️⃣ I cut out sugar and significantly reduced carbs. I started paying attention to ingredient lists, choosing simpler foods, and stopped buying products that didn’t align with my goals. I feel so much better now. 7️⃣ I stopped relying on motivation. Motivation was NOT always there, especially in the beginning. My feelings couldn’t decide whether I worked out, got my steps in, or stuck to my plan. Discipline over motivation. None of this was glamorous. It was doing the same boring things over and over until they became my lifestyle. 44 lbs later, I’m SO glad I did it. 🖤 Working on yourself isn’t always glamorous. The results are worth it. 🤞🏻 Save this for when you need a reminder. ❤️🔥 #fitnessjourney #womenwholift #easyweightloss #fatloss
