Let's plate my NemChua before we eat. We have lettuce and 깻잎s. Cilantro. This is parsley. Detergent flavor. This is rau ram. And I have onions. Chilies. Red chilies. First NemChua. Extra chilies. I'm gonna unwrap it. Red. Maybe it's a food colouring. I don't know but. 2nd NemChua. Saved it. Another pepper with peppercorns. Am I gonna be okay with all this chili? And my 3rd NemChua. This looks more pink color. See this chili's inside. It's popping everywhere. I actually brought some fish sauce w/ Nam Tok seasoning mix and I'm gonna have Extra HOT Chin Su. And I'm gonna have w/ Chin Su Sriracha together. This is gonna be amazing. I have the sauce right here and the sauce right here. So we just made NemChua plate. Now we're ready to eat.
