Chips and dip, festive edition 🎄 Cold whipped feta with a little honey, then hot cranberry walnut butter poured straight over the top so it sizzles right into it. So simple and it tastes so luxurious. Sour cream and chives chips , and champagne because it’s Friday and I felt like celebrating 🥂 Save this one for Christmas. WHIPPED FETA 200g block feta (about 1 cup crumbled) 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 1 tbsp honey, plus extra to drizzle Blend until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Spread into a bowl. CRANBERRY WALNUT TOPPING 2 tbsp butter Zest of half an orange Zest of half a lemon 1/2 cup walnuts 1/3 cup dried cranberries Melt the butter and honey stir through the zest, then add the walnuts and cranberries.
