Canning isn’t just a hobby. It’s a form of emergency preparedness. With everything going on in the world, I think learning to be more self-sufficient is becoming more important than ever. Whether it’s rising grocery prices, unexpected financial hardships, severe weather, or supply chain disruptions, having a pantry stocked with home-canned food gives our family a little more peace of mind.
