things are about to get a little stranger because we're looking at top benefits at Netflix. First off in the insurance health and wellness category you have free lunch, free breakfast and free drinks. You get unlimited sick time and unlimited PTO or vacation days which means you're probably binge watching your favourite Netflix shows on the company dime. So this is very generous and equitable. If you've just had a kid you get one year of modernity leave and one year of paternity leave. So if you've just had a child you know that the whole family binge watching Netflix for home benefits. Netflix does have accommodations for doing remote work. They give you an employee discount on the Netflix subscription but we both know that you're already leaching off of somebody else's subscription. They have a very generous transport allowance where they are covering your lift and Uber expenses fully and I assume this is for company related travel. Netflix does up to a 200% donation match up to $20,000 so if there's a charity you care about Netflix has got your back. All in all perks are top-tier.
