Netflix vs Anduril vs Airbnb
($300k+ per yr)
I care about WLB and resume impact for future job prospects. Feel free to DM and I will share my interview questions. High level I've written at bottom.
Netflix is ads. Anduril is ground team with travel. Airbnb is backend infra. Assume all are remote.
The TCs are also close enough to not be a factor for me. I just want a normal 40-hr week job. My impression is Netflix and Anduril are both bad wlb, and Airbnb is good wlb. But Airbnb stock is shit, so I'm leaning more towards Netflix or Anduril. Between those two I'm leaning towards Netflix just because of the name brand on my resume.
INTERVIEWS:
Netflix: very... questions. If you do leetcode... interview you'll breeze through... also super generic
Anduril: ...questions, we did them more... not hard. Expect... relevant for the team
