WHY I STILL RENT AS 25 y/o MILLIONAIRE

So I drive a half million dollar Rolls Royce Cullinan but I still pay rent, let me tell you why. So I'm 26 years old and as long as I can remember my dream was always to own a primary house but my little infant child brain had no clue how much it would cost in 2023 to buy a primary house somewhere that you actually wanna live. So I went to one of my mentors and I told them hey man I've been saving up my money I think I wanna buy a house what do you think that I should do should I buy or should I rent? I kinda felt embarrassed about renting a house this is what he said. He told me the story about two brothers let's call them Bob and John and Bob and John both had $50,000 saved up. Bob decided to go buy a primary house and he had a job that was making about $4,000 a month. He put down $50,000, half of his money was going towards his mortgage, the other half going to other expenses and so he was basically living paycheck to paycheck. Now brother John did something a little bit different, rather than buying a house for himself he used the $50,000 to buy his first Airbnb property and that Airbnb makes him two to three thousand dollars in profit every single month. Brother John's on the grind so he's on that cheap rent and top ramen diet which he pays for with the income from his Airbnb. Meanwhile his guests are paying down his mortgage so in a year or two he can cash out refinance, take that money and go get a second Airbnb. So I took my mentor's advice and I started with one Airbnb that just made me a couple thousand dollars per month. Now I have 11 Airbnbs and I make about $80,000 per month in profit. The house that I live in is a three million dollar house but the rent is about $6,500. I could have put $600,000 down if I bought the house or I just keep compounding and buying and buying more Airbnbs.
