I find it strange that nobody ever shares their portfolio. They tell you the numbers but they don't show you the property. So today, I'm exposing my full portfolio. Starting small in New York, this is my two bedroom A frame in Jeffersonville. What she lacks in size, she makes up for in occupancy. This is my highest occupancy rate property in my portfolio. Moving on to Destin in Florida, this is where most of my properties are at. This is a four story monster that sleeps 31 people. I think it's 5800 square feet. Absolute badass property. Now this house is literally right next door. I acquired it at the exact same time. It is a seven bed, seven bath property right down the street from the beach. Staying in the panhandle of Florida, you might recognize this property because VRBO uses it for every single one of their ads, which actually makes me a shitload of money. So, thank you, VRBO. This one's a little confusing, so follow me here. I own two different duplexes in this same neighborhood. So four total Airbnbs. They're very tiny, but they are lake front and beachfront and they absolutely crush it. My holy grail, my coupe de gras. I own that beach and those six units as well. This is my pride and joy. Hop on the plane and head north to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. I just finished this new build, custom cabin, three stories, absolute banger. This is another one of my cabins up the street, and is there anything really to say about it? Besides, holy shit. This beauty is six bed, six and a half baths in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
