I'm the owner and operator of ten Airbnbs and in the month of June, they brought in $302,021 in revenue. Here's a complete breakdown of each Airbnb, their total revenue, their total expenses, and at the end of the day, how much profit that they actually took home. And if you appreciate the transparency, do me a favor, hit the like and follow button and let's get into it. Property number one is a 5 bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The revenue is $22,074. Mortgage plus expenses is $9,553 for a total profit of $12,521. Property number two is a brand new 7 bedroom in Miramar Beach, Florida that I launched in the middle of June, so it only had two weeks booked. The revenue is $13,332. Mortgage plus expenses was $9,827 for a total profit of $3,505. Property number three is a monster 8 bedroom home in Destin, Florida. The revenue is $63,433. Mortgage plus expenses was $23,514 for a total profit of $39,919. Property number five, six, seven and eight, I'm going to group together because they are two 2 bedroom duplexes in the same neighborhood for a total of four individual Airbnbs. The revenue is $53,189. Mortgage plus expenses was $21,953 for a total profit of $31,236. Property number nine, one of my absolute favorites. It is a 6 bedroom cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Has a beautiful pool. The revenue is $51,627. Mortgage and expenses was $15,088 for a total profit of $36,539. And finally, property number ten, an 8 bedroom cabin at Sevierville, Tennessee. It's the only property I have that I don't self manage. The revenue is $29,980. Mortgage, expenses and management fee is $13,497 for a total profit of $16,483. So if you add up the total revenue for the month of June, total revenue equals $302,021. Total mortgage and total expenses was $112,641. And I walked away with a total profit of $189,380.
