For the past 4 years I've eaten the same exact thing for lunch every single day. It's called the “Blake Bowl,” and today I'm gonna show you exactly how I make it. Let's go. Here's the ingredient list: you need 1 lb. of grass fed ground beef, a red onion, avocado, white rice, blueberries and strawberries, onion and garlic powder, ghee, crushed red pepper, arugula, salt, and Kerrygold butter. Then you're gonna turn your stove to medium temperature, grab a spoonful of ghee, and let that bitch simmer. Once it's good to go, I throw my ground beef on, but I don't throw it in a brick, I lay it flat. I keep the seasoning super simple: just kosher salt, grab my onion and my garlic powder, and lace that bad boy up, and then I don't season it again. This is the perfect lunch to make because it should only take you about 15 minutes to make. I actually cook my rice at the beginning of the week, and then while the meat is cooking I prepare all of the fruits and vegetables that are gonna go inside of the bowl. This is a secret that my grandma taught me: everybody likes to chop it up and dice it up too early, actually leave it flat and let it cook until it's blackened or browned, however you like it, and then flip it over and do the exact same thing on the other side. Now you might be asking yourself, is he putting salt on his fruit? Yeah, I am. I'm a freaky bastard, I got problems. Either way, the bowl is coming together, so put my white rice, my arugula, my onions, my meat, a little bit of Kerrygold butter, some crushed red pepper to top it off. And guys, you have one of the easiest lunches to make. It's about 65-70 grams of protein, you feel amazing afterwards. I promise you guys, it tastes as good as it looks. So try this out, let me know what you guys think of it. This the “Blake Bowl,” take care.
