When you open a new club in Miami, everybody is going to go because you just want to see what it is, you know? The tough part is is like you had to make it so cool in order in order for people to keep coming back, you know? And and yeah, we did that, but it was just so tough because there were so many clubs before 23rd and Collins that nobody wanted to go to 44th and Collins. You know, those 20 blocks made people think that it was so far, you know? Yeah. And it was tough, you know, it was a year. It was a very, very strong and it was a very tough year, you know, and and Dave came up with another great idea of of hiring big name DJ's.
