You can build a nightclub faster than restaurants. Why? Two reasons. The biggest reason is when you don't have a kitchen that you need to factor in and train and build. It's a massive difference. Even if you do the greatest design, there's a little less need on the details of the design. It's a little bit more with lighting and sound. You can make the fastest mark. You know, usually the double edged sword of nightclubs is they're short lived. So rule of thumb is they're usually a two three year super hot thing and you get a good amount of buzz and press. And so for me, it was a good way to start. If you have a successful restaurant, the good thing about that is you have real longevity. It can be a staple, right?
