One time I saw Zuck talk about the problems he had at Facebook, and he was like, Well, when we reached 100 million people, we didn't really know how to grow anymore. And so, um, we had to create this growth team. And, you know, it's not very useful to the vast majority of people, it's not actionable. So I want to talk to you about a little theory. I have that I learned from my 10th grade English teacher, and he said that you should always start writing when you're going. You should always start with a shitty first draft. Start with a shitty first draft. And, you know, just write something. And if it doesn't matter, just start writing stuff and then worry about the quality later. And then you can do your second draft and be the good one. It's exactly the same thing in startups. You've got. You want to start with a shitty first startup because I think the first step, the first startup is the hardest, and the hardest is like just get started.
