Okay, so here's how to automate 80% of the SDR role in 2024 so you don't have to keep hiring people that cost $60,000 per year. And this is after booking hundreds of meetings from cold email in 2023. So the first thing is sending infrastructure. The current way that companies are sending emails are each SDR has one email account, they're sending those emails from their company's primary domain, and each SDR is sending anywhere between 50 to 100 emails per day. Now the new way in 2024 is to use unlimited sending accounts using a tool like Instantly, sending your emails from your secondary domain, not your primary domain, and your scale will be no longer a function of people. So rather than scaling by people, you scale by technology. And you're also preserving the reputation of your company's primary domain. So if your company's primary domain gets blacklisted, that's a bad day at the office. Now number two is leads. So the current way what's happening here is SDRs manually researching and adding prospects to your CRM and your sending tools, using these expensive enterprise B2B data tools that will get their data from the same place. And then these tools just providing bad data. A high percentage, 10, 20% of the emails they give you are invalid. And so the new way is automated lead scraping based on your ICP. You can do this programmatically, using cost-effective B2B data tools that are 10 to 15 times cheaper, and verifying your contact data to avoid those high bounce rates. You know, today, data is really a commodity. You know, companies are just being extorted by these data vendors. You know, most of them are getting it from the same places. So I recommend using Findymail, which costs 2 cents per verified email address, so it's just a no-brainer. Thirdly, messaging. So the current way is SDRs manually personalizing emails, manually sending those emails from their sales engagement software, and the emails just performing low. So spending all this time to create and send these emails and then they're getting like a 1% reply rate. And so the new way of doing this is automated personalization using tools like Clay, automated sending so you don't have expensive people there clicking a button to send emails, and then just in general high converting emails which are ideally written by people who understand copywriting, which tend to be on the marketing side. And this, everything I've talked through, you can do for a few hundred dollars per month rather than having to hire teams of people who cost $60,000 per year.
