okay I just have to share with you guys possibly the most bizarre and effective piece of marketing I've seen in a long time I just went to my postbox right and it's full of just like snail mail flyers right and in the midst of the flyers I see this coupon for a massage place which I'm like okay yeah um interesting cause it's just a plain piece of paper or is it because on the other side there is a pen stuck down with sticky tape to this piece of paper and like if somebody who works in marketing I don't know why it's not like the pen has a logo on it as a brand reminder no it's just like they thought hey you need a massage you probably need a blue pen as I'm going to the rest of the flyers I then catch my eye I see this it's like a dhgate fraud counterfeit Diptyque air freshener which I was like oh is that for like a car wash place cause you know air fresheners cars oh it's the same massage place and I mean they got me I don't understand either of these things together separately but they got me I'm going for a massage I'm going it's worked if for no other reason then I just have to know more especially the pen who's the sticky tape I have to know more
