Open up CapCut, select the video that you want to use as the background. I've got this beautiful video of Montreal. Go to Strava, navigate to your profile, to the activity that you want to use, screenshot that activity, crop the details, go back to CapCut. All right. Now I'm going to go overlay, photos, mind your business, don't look at my photos. There you go, select that same activity, splice, lighten. I repeat, splice, lighten. Quick and easy. Adjust it to the size of your liking, no diddy. I'm fixing the export settings so the stuff looks clean. That's it. That is it.
