your content doesn't suck. your lighting does. here is my filming setup so that i get crisp and quality makeup content every time. i know jump scare i just filmed a makeup tutorial but this is exactly what i see every time i film and all of my filming equipment is from amazon except for the camera i have this vanity with led lights all over i have these two panel led lights that i got from amazon all the tripods i use are also from amazon and then the star of the show this is the sony zv-e10 i just use the kit lens and i shoot in 4k and i export in 2k a lot of people will tell you to export in 1080p so that you don't have to worry about the compression when you upload to social media platforms however when i export in 2k i have never dealt with an issue because as you can see the quality is gorgeous and trust me don't worry if you can't afford a sony just yet because this is what the footage looks like on my iphone 15 plus front camera and this is what it looks like on the back camera but it really all comes down to perfecting your lighting setup again this is what my footage looks like without lighting and this is with my lighting setup so i hope this helps
