And then I found myself in in jobs I was talking about this this morning where I was seeing salespeople in tech companies making a hundred grand a year or hundred and fifty grand a year and at the time that was like a mind blowing amount of what people went to nine to five jobs and legitimately made 150 sometimes 200 grand and I was looking at these people thinking but like then they not elite there's nothing spectacular about them so that that was motivational that I could see in touching distance those quantums of money and then one thing LED to another I ended up running like half of the American company that we ended up selling to Oracle for €550 million and at and at that point I had shares in the company and it just made this whole thing real for me it made this whole thing of you can go to work you can make a good salary and in certain companies in certain industries if you had a degree of ownership you could make like life changing money and once that happened I couldn't get out of bed early enough I didn't need any encouragement because now I I could see a little you know path where I could do that again and again you've seen you've seen the roof from a to Z now you've seen you've seen okay this is what I'm gonna do to make money now and it's real it's real because a lot of especially in tech like there'll be a lot of companies talking about accomplishing that the first one I went into that's what happened so for me this is this is now what happens it's not a philosophical thing it's not a maybe thing no in 100% of cases it has happened one in one in one so then I just look for the next one and then the next one the next one next one after that
