So I remember going to this guy and I'm like okay he's been here 25 years there's clearly something he loves about it he's gonna tell me and then you know that will help so I was like yeah why are you still here and he's like I have a wife who doesn't work I've got three kids in private schools and I've got two mortgages where am I supposed to go I said ah I said I see and I remember thinking on the way home I don't wanna be him he's stuck um not everyone is like that I'm sure there are some people who genuinely love their jobs but there are also a large number of people who get stuck in careers it could be banking it could be other careers but who get stuck and they can't leave because they need to earn a certain amount of money just to keep their lifestyle going um and if they left then it would all fall apart they can't pay their mortgages they can't pay the school fees they can't in his case fund his wife and I should have said to myself oh my gosh like to be here to work as hard as we do to go through everything to end up like that like 20 years from now no thank you
