How to easily project manage your clients or your BOSS using ChatGPT

You need to be offering your clients weekly email updates on their projects or if you work for a boss, you need to be giving them weekly updates on their projects. Why? Because that is a premium service and now that we have AI, we're able to have premium services for very little of time investment. This is how your clients are going to walk away saying, wow, it was amazing to work with her. So what you're going to do is first start with chat GPT. You're going to start a dedicated channel in case you don't already have one. Keep in mind that I like to use a single channel for every type of conversation I'm having, no starting new channels, no mixing up channels like labeling it and make sure you're utilizing the same channel. That way you can work more efficiently. Then you're going to jump into your Gmail or whatever your host is. And I'm going to need you to start gathering information. I want you to copy and paste any relevant emails that you've had with the client over the last weeks since you sent your last weekly update. That's how we're going to gather the information. And if you're utilizing a project management tool, you can go in there and copy and paste any updates over the last week. And finally, maybe you don't have either. So what you can also do is that chat GPT now has a voice notes feature and you can literally just talk to chat GPT and tell it everything that you can remember about the client for weekly updates. However, if you, I would you, I would utilize at least one of these as well because you need receipts when you work with clients, right? It's very important that everything is organized and documented. But then you can take all of this information and you're going to jump over to chat GPT and we're going to create a prompt. We want to make sure that the output that ChatGPT is giving us is going to have a subject line, greeting, project status, next steps, timeline updates, questions, action items, closing, signature. And then you're going to edit that output. Make sure you read what it has given you. And then you're going to prompt it for tone. If you haven't yet in the beginning, you need to do this. And that's it, done. You then copy and paste that and send that every Monday. And I promise you, they're going to love you and you're going to be able to charge more because that is a premium experience. We're utilizing AI as a partner.
