Copilot Notebooks - why you should use them at work. This is how I organize my life. You've probably heard of OneNote. Introducing the Copilot Notebooks. It's like OneNote, but interactive, new, and improved. It literally is located within OneNote. Within OneNote, you can see obviously all of your existing notebooks, but then up here is Copilot Notebooks. Building this for your first time, you would create a new notebook. The way that I like to use this is for project or campaigns. I work in marketing, so there's always a new campaign to work on, so you can name this like Black Friday campaign. And then what you're going to do is upload all of the files that are related to that campaign. You can find these files from your desktop or download, you can add them from the cloud, or if your company has a website, you can also just link directly to the website. You will want to upload as many reference files as possible to give Copilot a full context of what it is you're working on. Once that's done, you will see all of your references over here. Mine were linked through SharePoint, so what's cool is whenever I update those documents, the Copilot notebook is also updated. You get this really cute little dashboard. There's a summary talking about what it is you're working on. There's key insights, of course, there's a Copilot chat, but what's really cool is you can create things within here. I want to show you the mind map. This is what was generated. It's actually super cool and interactive. You can go deeper into it and learn more about what's happening with this campaign. Another cool feature is this audio overview. Maybe you're a higher level executive and you're just trying to understand what is happening with this campaign, or maybe you're new and you just want a quick catch up on what's been going on. You can request to generate an audio. Once it's generated, the audio will be down here and you can play it. I won't play that out, but it's basically like a podcast and it'll educate you on what's happening. You could also generate a spreadsheet from this, a presentation. If you click on that like infographic for example, it'll automatically prompt Copilot to build this for you. This is the coolest infographic about all of the information I had in this campaign. And last thing I want to point out is the study guide feature. If you are a student, you can be using Copilot Notebooks for all of your different classes. When it's time to prep for a test, you can use the study guide feature. Let's get to quiz you, you can make flashcards. This is where all your references are, but anything you create yourself will sit here. Let's look at the flashcards. For example, it's giving me a word, I would have to answer it. If I got it wrong, the matching game. This is where you would match similar terms. And you could always take the quiz. And then, of course, there's always the Copilot chat within the Copilot notebook, which knows everything about this project, so you could always ask any question. For example, I just asked Copilot what tasks I should work on, and it just gave me a to-do list. There's a lot in here. I don't want to make this video longer, but let me know what questions you have and we can explore deeper on Copilot Notebooks. And as always, follow for more corporate girl productivity tips and tricks.
