so in November of last year it's hitting holiday season I was like mass applying cover letters galore reaching out to recruiters you know hiring managers to talk about qualifications try to set up an interview what I was experiencing was a lot of no interviews or interviews that were roles got rescinded eventually so I only made it through one or maybe two interviews a three or four round interview process and I was losing a lot of hope but I was telling myself that you know it's holidays to like December Christmas time I was like okay there's... not gonna I'll browse and I'll you know here and there but I'm gonna try which ended up being a very healthy thing to do because once you know post New Years came around and then it was time to apply again oh my god same thing applied like crazy omitted the cover letters this time hiring managers instead if they listed one on the job description and oh my god so many interviews so much activity so can confirm that things are picking up now booming again
