25 interviews in the past month and this is what I learned. And I want to be transparent because I think our job market really needs some of that right now. I really resumed my search about 3 or 4 months ago which ended up being around the holidays so I didn't have any initial luck but things started to really pick up in January all of which I had applied for through LinkedIn. I ended up doing 25 interviews in the past month. For two companies I made it all the way through final rounds but no official offers yet and yes, there will be delays. It's just a numbers game and we're so close.
