look I feel like this question actually hits really hard because we all know how to get interviews logically, you send in your resume and then a conversation gets started based on your qualifications and the reason why the question hits so hard is because right now it's really hard to start that conversation with just a resume alone. And honestly in my experience too, even with referrals, it's not a guarantee that you're gonna be able to start the conversation, right? And so I think that the best way and what's worked for me personally is kind of a mix of all different approaches. But what I have found is that when you actually are the one to start the conversation yourself first, that is the key to getting an interview. But I think the step before that is really important here and extremely important during this time during this job market is really having the confidence to be able to speak about your experience and equally not allowing the current state of the job market to bog you down and question, you know, your own experience, your own self worth, how good you actually are because I know we're all victim to that right now. I really am too. Like I need to take breaks because it can be extremely draining. You know, you see people applying to thousands, like to the thousands of job interviews, the ratio of an actual job interview being very low compared to the number of applications sent in, right? So confidence, confidence is key. If you have to hire a coach to help you build that confidence, which I want to as well, do it. And then work on presenting yourself and reaching out to people instead. And then work on your resume because that's the story after all, right? But the key is to start the conversation first.
