Um, for me, what I did, I used my expertise and knowledge that I learned in school and I started with 1099 contracting and I used that information from those companies to start growing skill my own practice. Now, any advice you want to give to someone that wants to do what you do? Tell us. So if you're RN, I would definitely recommend that you continue your education and get your master's or doctoral degree. And then from there, you use your knowledge that you learn from those companies to start growing skill your own practice.
