This is ONO. This is our Costco box that we just launched. It comes with eight bags and there's two flavors. So we have four of the cinnamon oat crunch flavor which tastes like your favorite cereal and four of our peanut butter blossom flavor which is like this creamy peanut butter oatmeal with like crunchy chocolate chips in it. It's so good. Both my favorite flavors. And what's so special about ONO is every serving has 20 grams of protein and then we add lion's mane mushroom for a little bit of that brain boost and all of our flavors are fully gluten free and low in sugar. These two flavors between the two of them have anywhere between like one to three grams of sugar. And then let me show you how easy it is to make. So this is our cinnamon oat crunch flavor. You literally just like tear open the bag, add your choice of milk directly to the bag. You can also use water, mix and it's ready to go. You can put it in the fridge overnight if you want to prep for tomorrow or honestly like I just eat it right away because I'm sometimes you know lazier just forget to prep. But it's it's totally fine. It's more so like of a texture thing. If you like it more like soft and I don't know mushy consistency you can put it in until like a few hours or overnight. But for me it doesn't bother me and I kind of like it a little bit more like crunchy. So not crunchy that's not the right word but you know what I mean. So yeah and you can also prep it hot so it doesn't have to be overnight oats. If you like hot oatmeal all you do for that is warm up your milk or water and then mix it together with this packet just in a separate bowl. We don't recommend making ONO hot in this packet only cold. And then if you want to take it on the go you can reseal the packet even after you've made it, put in your bag and take it for lunch, take it for breakfast, take it for a hike, take it to the gym, whatever. So yeah this is ONO. Right now we're in San Diego locations, Tucson, Denver, Scottsdale, Thornton, Aurora, Henderson, so around the Las Vegas area, Albuquerque and then coming to the Midwest area so Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio in March. So hopefully we'll get to land in your Costco soon. And right now I just feel like I'm rambling with all the information I have in my head so if there's anything else I missed or any other questions you have let me know and I'll make sure to answer it.
