Client says your price is too high. When this happens, most videographers panic. They either drop their prices or overexplain their worth. This is the wrong move. Instead, say this: I get it. A lot of businesses feel that way before they see how video actually drives revenue. But if these videos brought you X more customers and sales, would it then be worth the investment? If they still hesitate, then I say if budget's tight, then we can adjust the scope. Fewer deliverables. But I won't cut quality because results matter more than price. Cheap work costs businesses more in the long run. The right clients understand that. Stand by your rates, focus on results, and they'll pay for quality.
