part 5 life hacks for how to have it all when you are working a demanding and there simply aren't enough hours in the day coming from a former co founder of a multi million dollar e commerce company who is now a beauty marketing executive first one is slow down to go fast and what I mean by this is often when we feel like we have so much on our plate and we just have this never ending to do list we feel like we need to race through everything that's and we make mistakes and we feel like we need to do things over I prefer to take something break it down into actionable parts and address one of those things at a time for example if you want to clean out your closet start section by section and you might actually get it done faster than if you try to do it all at once the second is pots on the stove theory so this is this idea that I have with my best friend where there are only a certain number of pots you can have at at any given time I talked about how I have different buckets and I plan goals each week in those pots pots on the stove theory is more what parts what parts of your life are you dialing at any given time it just helps you think about life in seasons more than all at once the third is an abundance mindset so I've talked about mindset in a prior video but this idea that there's enough for everyone and that there's enough for you so there's enough time there's enough success to go around specifically love this as it relates to time and compliments so always thinking that there is enough time to you want that there's enough time to achieve everything you want and also that there's no limit to the or nice things you can say to somebody I find that when I do those two things consistently somehow life just feels easier fourth is the concept of brain tattoos so I heard this recently on a podcast with Robin Sharma who's a self help guru deeply held beliefs that help guide the way that so one of his no try no win one of my favorites is you are the product of the six people you spend the most time with so choose wisely this last one your brain is a computer storage everything that you need to do on your to do list or just information that you're taking in should be written down even when you have and you think that you can kind of hold all this information it's still taking up space in your brain so if you can just write it down put it on a to do it'll just save you all of that processing for bigger things and make sure you're following for more tips like these
