Part 7 of how to have it all when you are working a super demanding corporate job and there are simply not enough hours coming from a former co founder of a multi million dollar e-commerce company turned beauty marketing executive. No matter what you do for work, you probably get Sunday scaries in some shape or form. My Sunday philosophy is how do you do things that your future self is going to thank you for? First step, pick your mantra. So I've talked about this in my previous video, but grounding phrase or sentiment to help you get through the week is super important. Second is one annoying thing. So Sundays are obviously again a little bit scary, but what I think actually makes it worse is when you avoid things that you don't want to do. Maybe it's researching something you've been meaning to look into or finally selling some things in your closet. Doing that one thing will make you feel so amazing and in control and it'll really set the tone for the rest of your week. Third is closet time, which is really just spending time in your closet planning out what you're gonna wear for the week. I really love to look at see what meetings I have, see what events I might have and just try to plan outfits that are going to work for those circumstances. It really helps you go into the week feeling excited, feeling confident and knowing that that's not going to be a mental stress as those things get closer. Fourth is clean that drawer. So we all have this one drawer or cabinet or area of the house that is just not the best. I really recommend taking 30 minutes to just clean it out. The reason is it really feels like you are decluttering something and moving energy around. And again, it gives you that sense of control and accomplishment. Five is say no. So maybe there's something in your week you're looking and you're just not super excited about, you don't wanna do, you feel like you committed to something, but now as it gets closer, you do not wanna do that. Just say no. Protect your time, protect your energy, really help make your week feel like it's your own. Finally, just wind down the week with a little comfort TV & treat. A little treat, maybe a book if you're a reader, but just something that makes you feel really relaxed and good because you had a really successful Sunday and you're gonna have an amazing week.
