Hook

three Sunday non-negotiables for an ambitious material girl. Okay, number one, I'm pre-ordering the groceries. All right? Look at your calendar, see when you're going to be in and out, up and down this week and figure out what you need and what your cycle is this week because that influences the type of food that I like to order. So this week I'm doing a chicken salad for lunch and a bolognese for dinner and I'm going to meal prep both of those tomorrow. I'm about to run to whole foods to pick that all up. Don't wait to eat them out of my new little caraway. Oh, this is so good. Two, email triage. I sat down for the last 30 minutes. I put Summer House on in the background and I answered every single one of my emails to make sure that I'm completely set up for the week. You superhuman for this. It makes it like 10 minutes. You can also use AI to help your answers. It's way easier and I have no fear anymore because it's all figured out. Three, we're going to choose our outfits because that takes so much time for me. I have two speaking engagements this week and I cannot decide between these two looks. So I'm going to do both. Obviously, the reason I'm glowing is because I did skincare and a hair mask earlier today. But what I do every week is I dermaplane with my little razor here. And then I did this clearing and anti-pollution mask from Biologique Recherche. Still can't say anything. Followed by the red light mask. Obviously, and I did that while I was meditating. And after dinner tonight, I'm going to wash my face and put on this bio collagen real deep mask. You guys already know she's a serious player. Bonus on my walk to whole foods, I'm going to literally dictate everything I need to do this week and when I'm going to do it. And it calms me down so much that tomorrow I can get started instead of having to worry about doing all my admin. And since Claude is integrated with my Gmail and my Google calendar, it can draft all the emails that I'm worried about and it can create time blocks on my calendar so that I know what I need to work on and when. This is a form of something called Monday Hour One where you write out everything you need to do and when you're going to do it and it just calms me down so much that tomorrow I can get started instead of having to worry about doing all my admin. Last thing, call your mom. Call someone you love and remember that you're not just a productivity monkey and that you are meant to actually be happy. And that's the reason we're so productive, right? Is to be happy. I'm about to go schedule tomorrow's podcast episode to go live. It's all about power and reclaiming your power. I think you guys will love it. You have been so kind and amazing about the Pauline Brown episode, episode 197, former chairwoman of LVMH. So go listen to that. I'm going to cook myself a steak and do a face mask. Don't be stupid.
