Things you didn't know AI could do, part 65. In Canva. If you're a Canva user and you already make graphics, let me show you how Canva AI and Bulk Create can help you make graphics almost instantly. We're gonna start over here on Canva.com and then go to Canva AI, then go to Draft a Document. And here's my prompt. Create a list of 30 motivational and super sassy quotes for female entrepreneurs over 40. Return in list form, but do not use bullet points, emojis, or numbered list. Do not put them in quotation marks. The more you put into your prompt here, the less editing you're gonna have to do later. Then hit Enter. And here is my list of quotes. Now you're gonna go ahead and highlight and copy this entire list. So you're gonna choose what design to make. I'm just gonna go ahead and make a square Instagram post. So I chose this Instagram design from Canva's templates and I'm gonna go ahead and customize it, changing the colour, adding my logo. Just changing it before we add the quotes is a lot easier than changing it after. So my formatting is done, I put my logo, changed it to my colours. Do this piece first, because once you import the quotes, they're all gonna have the same look and you can edit them later, but it's easier if you do this up front. On the left sidebar, we're gonna go into the Apps and then go to Bulk Create. The first one that comes up is the one you want. Down here in the bottom, we're gonna go ahead and enter the data manually. I recommend clearing the table. And now I'm gonna paste in the quotes I copied from Canva. Now I've got my quotes loaded. I'm in my graphic. You're gonna highlight where the text is going to go and then click on Connect Data and specify the data that you're going to connect from the quotes that you pasted. And then down at the bottom, click on Continue. There's all of our quotes. I'm gonna generate all the images. And now this is where you would do a little light editing. They all have the exact same design, but you may want to adjust the font or adjust the colour or adjust the sizing. Things see after I adjusted the font and the size, I've got all my graphics ready to go. And if you want to get super creative, you can actually create multiple designs, create multiple data sets and connect the data to different images. So you're actually creating multiple designs in the same file. See you soon.
