I used to work at Andreessen Horowitz and I've spoken about that a tiny bit on here. I'm somewhat limited in what I'm allowed to say. But reflecting, today I was reflecting on one of the best things I learned by working there. And that is knowing what five stars looks like. Five star service, five star office space, five star hotels. I had never seen five star hotels before. Five star knowledge being being around people that are some of the most brilliant people. Now that I'm in client industry facing, because I'm running a social media agency now with clients, I'm realizing how much I raised the bar drastically for what I had ever even seen or experienced. And like working, f*ck, was not a general partner, obviously. So like a lot of my time there was working for other people. It's not like the red carpet rolled out for me. But I was able to see so many little things that I can now apply to my life where like touches there, you know, custom tissue paper, sending flowers and gifts for different things. There, you know, the quality would, the thought put into these events, responding extremely, knowing having for this was expected being there policy around to if one were, I'm, it was, I'm not glorifying this was a camp for to really expectations. I'm act. I'm worked companies like just yeah, a crash course in handle difficult and really my follow video to power and completely experience Horowitz say there can was succession.
