CHANGE IN SAN FRANCISCO

We need policy change and it's pretty simple it's three things. First, we need to build enough shelter. Need 8,000 beds in tents, just like we build as a government after natural disasters like floods and hurricanes. Have a natural San Francisco, a humanitarian one. But it shouldn't be doing the right thing and getting people into the system now. Number two, we people a choice. They can go into shelter, they can go to treatment or but they can't stay on the street to get inside immediately, that the city the rest of us. And number three, inside the system, incentivize treatment. Choice there too. They can either and get care and become independent again, stay in the shelter. But if they're they cannot use drugs and if they exhibit any kind of violence, they go to jail. We can't be have courage to do the right thing and clean up our city once.
