This teacher salary breakdown is possibly one of the saddest things I've ever seen. This is not a livable wage. Let's be honest. After rent and taxes, which combined are 18 grand, she's left with 15 grand to spend on the rest of her life. Not to mention she still got student loans she's got to pay off. A lot of you don't know that a lot of teachers are actually buying stuff for their kids at school with their own money. Same with art supplies, same with school supplies. I'm not gonna judge.
