Hey Erica, how are you? Thanks for setting this up. How did you think the IC went? Well, listen, um, I'm very, very glad to say that we also thought the IC went brilliantly and we're absolutely in. We'd absolutely love to invest in this round. Love the model, really like the the sort of scale of the opportunity. We think it's very different, but naturally, therefore, the kind of value that we could get to here, um, almost feels like relatively uncapped. There's still a lot of unknowns that we think can absolutely help you kind of work through, um, in short, with absolutely love to invest. You mentioned on the, on the IC that you're kind of in that sort of final stage of negotiation on the, on the terms. What is your, um, sort of expected timeline give or take on, um, on finalizing terms? Okay, brilliant. Let me know if you need anything from us in terms of getting this over the line.
