If your FYP is filled with videos like this... And it only takes 10 minutes a day. This side hustle is barely anyone knows about it. Here's how to start YouTube automation. THEN; you've probably had thoughts like "WOW!" It all sounds so easy. But... Is it? Well, I want to find out. So in this series, I've been trying to launch my own YouTube automation channel to see if it really is possible. Welcome back to episode 9, if you haven't seen the other episodes then head over to my page to catch up, but first up today, Let's talk about shorts. After some 'RESEARCH', A.K.A. doomscrolling the shorts feed for a while, I found THIS: Animal videos that may or may not be AI generated, AND these types of commentary explainer videos, which I think fit quite nicely with the current theme of the channel. So, why not mash them together and see what happens? I can use some sort of AI like Sora to generate really realistic looking, interesting videos of animals and add over them to create the hooks, and I can create similar videos with footage that I find online about ANYTHING that could be interesting, and peak the viewer's curiosity. So, let's move on to long-form videos. I'll create a just for the long form content, and after some research, I could go one of two ways... Either, I make very long videos with HEAVY use of AI; something like space facts to fall asleep to or 'history facts to fall asleep to'. OR I can create 15-20 mins without much AI, which would be a lot more effort to make, BUT, if I go then we really are getting away from the 'automation' part of this series because those types of videos will be A LOT of work. I haven't decided just yet, but I am leaning a little more towards the animated explainer videos and I might be able to utilise AI in some way to help with the animations. BUT, whichever way I decide to go this series will show EVERY so that if I find any success in doing this, then you'll know everything that you need to know to try it for yourself. So if that sounds you'd like to see, and comment for the algorithm, and press the follow button to follow along with the journey. EPISODE 10: shorts new process In the next episode, we'll focus back on shorts and I'll show you the new process for creating the new shorts.
