Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
For the past 60 days I've been trying to figure out YouTube and run a successful channel, and I think finally be on to a winner... Welcome back to episode 11 of the YouTube automation series where I try to launch my own YouTube automation to see if it really is possible. In the last episode we talked about the new style of shorts, learn, and adapt and I've been posting them to a new secret channel over the past week or so and it's time to look at the results... So the views haven't been anything spectacular, but they are better than the first channel we had before this. The audience is made up of mostly US and UK viewers, and as you can see the retention is insane. Starting as high as 168% on some videos, with the percentage never dropping below 84%. These are all great signs, but the only thing that I think could be improved is the swipe rate. Which is currently sitting around 75/25 for most videos. Which isn't bad, but could be better. So that means we need to work a little harder on the hooks. But once we've nailed that, I think we might be onto a winner here. So for now I'll just keep making videos, and hope that one of them hits the algorithm and takes off! But whatever happens, this series will show every step of the way so that you can learn everything along with me. So if that sounds like something you'd like to see, then press the follow button to follow along with the journey. Stay tuned for the next episode where I'll hopefully be able to tell you that one of these videos has gone VIRAL.
