When you're running a Shopify store, there's always going to be a bunch of customers who try to steal from you by submitting false chargebacks. You always have a chance to win back the money by submitting evidence to the bank. The only problem is this always takes a really long time and a lot of the times they'll still side with the customer if they don't think your evidence is good enough. Automation is always the key when it comes to running a successful business, so using apps like Chargeflow is definitely what helps me win my chargebacks. No, I'm not sponsored, I simply want to share something that helped me a lot. Their app basically has a preset template that takes all the information from your delivery and sends it to the bank and says, hey, look at this, here on this day I sent the package and you can see here that it successfully arrived, there's no fraud here. Because there's no sufficient evidence, you have to give me my money back. Now it's not a 100% win rate, but when it does win, it's pretty nice because I definitely rather get a little bit of the money back than give all of it to the Steelers.
