Your finances suck and you don't know why, but I'm about to teach you ways you can cut unnecessary spending. Number one, subscriptions. You need to cancel any unused subscriptions. Did you know that the average person wastes $133 a month on unused subscriptions? That's crazy. You need to use apps like Rocket Money to figure out what unused subscriptions you have and cancel them. Number two, you need to cook at home. You got to cook at least four nights a week. You'll end up saving at least $200 a week, plus you're eating healthier. Number three, wait at least 48 hours before buying that want. Nine out of ten times you won't want it anymore. Number four, you need to start setting a daily cap limit for yourself. Even if you're spending $20 a day, that could turn into $7,000 a year. You can max out your Roth IRA with this amount of money. Number five, you need to start automating your investings. On your payday, you're getting money that immediately gets transferred to your checking account, but also you need to make sure it immediately gets auto-invested. Because if the money hits your checking account, you think I can spend it all. If you like this type of educational content, follow me at Market Narratives, that way you and I can retire by 50.
