This is my complete review of the Ultrahuman ring after wearing it every day for 3 months. This review is going to be three parts, so watch on 2x speed or skip to what you want. Starting with the ring itself, let's address the battery life right off the bat. This is the biggest complaint I saw, but to be honest, I haven't had an issue with it. I went on a three and a half day trip with this ring, I didn't bring the charger, and I definitely had to charge it when I got home, but during the duration of the trip, it was totally fine. Keep in mind, I also use an Apple Watch, which I have to charge every single night, so obviously there's going to be an improvement over that. I have heard that competitors have a better battery life, but to be honest, three to four days on turbo mode isn't a dealbreaker for me. I also want to touch on the physical ring itself. This is one of the thicker ones compared to the other competitors. Here's a picture of my sister's RingConn compared to the Ultrahuman. And the sizing process for Ultrahuman is elite. I have a video on it already on my page, but it's so streamlined and clear. They send you a sample kit with sizing guides so you can actually do a wear test, and it also includes little swatches of the material and the colors so you can choose the style of your ring. Also, I do have a promo code linked in my bio and below if you want to use it. Only if you're interested, this is a completely unsponsored post. I have no obligation to say anything specific about the ring, so this is my completely honest review. So let's move to the health metrics because that's obviously what you're here for. Here's a look at the app and some of the things that it tracks. Some of my favorites are the sleep data. It tracks everything down to how many tosses and turns you have and gives you tips for when something is out of sync. And my absolute favorite is the smart alarm. You can set it to wake you up when a certain goal is met, so you're not being pulled out of your deepest REM cycle. Another of my favorites is the movement data. It tracks total calories burned and then all of your activity metrics. And also your circadian rhythm, which updates with you, and this is something I'm trying to pay more attention to. Lastly, let's talk about the accuracy. Like with any health wearable, I don't know really how accurate it is, but I will say the step count is identical to my Apple Watch, so that does tell you something. For my ladies, the cycle tracking is also one of my favorite features. It goes through a calibration phase where it analyzes your data, and then once it's ready, it can predict your periods spot on to the day. For my girls, you know how useful this is to planning your life. The only issue I've had is that it doesn't do that well in catching when you're slightly awake. My partner woke up one night when we were on vacation because there was a windstorm, and we had a brief conversation while I was half asleep, and it didn't catch that. To be fair, I was basically still asleep, like I literally didn't move my body when I asked him what was going on, so it's really only if you want that super granular data. Overall, I love this ring. I use my Ultrahuman for everything health and wellness, and then my Apple Watch for workout tracking, just because I can't wear my ring when I weightlift. But I am definitely sold on wearable health rings. Again, I have a promo code linked in my bio and below if you're interested, and leave your questions below if there's anything else you want to know about the ring.
